Note: In tax year 2015, for the first time, TEAA submitted IRS form 990N, the e-Postcard that requires no specific financial information and replaces all the 990 tax forms for 501c3 charitable organizations. The current constraint on using the 990N is that the organization's receipts not reach $50,000. TEAA's receipts have exceeded that figure only once, in 2011, the last year of a three-year fundraising drive. (We exceeded $25,000, the previous allowed amount, in two earlier years.) Current plans agreed to at MN-15 will keep our receipts well below the current ceiling on use of this form.
