MARCH 2014
Results from Notre Dame: Out of 29 students, 3 got first division, 19 second division, 6 third, 1 fourth, with no failures, putting them in the top 3% nationwide, among O-level schools with less than 40 candidates. Congratulations to Sister Shaija, who credits the hard work of teachers and students and the cooperation of parents. The students have great potential, she writes, "but lots of family and personal problems." [Report received in late February.]

Results from Moringe Sokoine: On the form four national examinations of 2013, they are "number one in the district of Monduli, having 23 secondary schools. We are number 16 out of 150 secondary schools in Arusha region. Our national position is 247 out of 3256 secondary schools in Tanzania." Congratulations to Headmaster Kwayu and the staff!
"The Photocopier machine is in full use now!" writes Headmistress Margaret Mbise of Nkoaranga Secondary School. See photo. She also writes that "Our students will have their well printed tests next week. The books are in the library where students and teachers have access to them."
